Coupon Policies (Per Store)

Ever been made to feel like a thief for using coupons? 
Ever been told you could not use a coupon you KNEW was valid?

These are a few of the stores that I have trouble with on a fairly regular basis.   Some days it depends on which side of town you are on, some days it depends on the cashier.  However, now you are armed and ready!
